1/4 cup light sour cream
1 cup greek  nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 garlic clove minced
1 tbs minced fresh dill
1/2 cucumber peeled, seeds removed, chopped fine
2tbs fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup diced red pepper
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

I don’t mind it a little runny. If you want a thicker dip you could strain the greek yogurt over night with a cheese cloth and a strainer
