1lb lump crab meat
2 tsp butter
1 quart of seafood stock
1 chopped shallot
1 1/2 cups white wine,  I had a chardonnay open already worked great
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
3 tbls tomato paste
1 cup of rice white or brown
2 cup heavy cream or fat free half and half

Sautee shallots in butter till soft,  about 4/5 minutes,  add stock, wine, paste and rice low simmer for 20 minutes,  add crab and heavy cream salt and pepper cook another 20 on low and enjoy so filing and some great alternatives in there to make it a little more healthy. .
