I know I know, these may not be the healthiest of snacks, but my kids really wanted smores tonight, so for a slightly more healthy alternative and because I have no chocolate in the house, Nutella popped into my head right away, so….
Low fat honey maid graham crackers- 1 full square
1/2 tsp of Nutella per 1 square of grahm cracker
1/2 of a large marshmallow
I microwaved these without the tops on for about 20 seconds on high and they were absolutely fantastic, and filling, the kids were beyond excited.
