1 tbl paprika
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
3 1/2 pounds pork shoulder
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 cup chili sauce
1 (6-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
1 medium onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 tsp garlic chopped

1 large green pepper

2 tbl of teriyaki sauce optional

Combine all ingredients and cook on low for 8 hrs

I have used pork shoulder, pork chops even think chops and they all turn out great , I did take out the soy sauce and or teriyaki because of the sodium. ย There is still plenty of flavor left in this recipe it will be fantastic. ย You can freeze large portions of this for other dinners. You can make sandwiches out of this, tacos, add some to a salad, add it over brown rice, add it as a topping to your own homemade pizza with of course home made whole grain pizza crust.
