1 tbl paprika
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
3 1/2 pounds pork shoulder
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 cup chili sauce
1 (6-ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
1 medium onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 tsp garlic chopped

1 large green pepper

2 tbl of teriyaki sauce optional

Combine all ingredients and cook on low for 8 hrs

I have used pork shoulder, pork chops even think chops and they all turn out great , I did take out the soy sauce and or teriyaki because of the sodium.  There is still plenty of flavor left in this recipe it will be fantastic.  You can freeze large portions of this for other dinners. You can make sandwiches out of this, tacos, add some to a salad, add it over brown rice, add it as a topping to your own homemade pizza with of course home made whole grain pizza crust.
